It's route 11 about 15 miles south of the Rt80/Rt11 intersection and about 25 miles north of East Liverpool on Rt11.

Best times: Anytime. A lot of writing on the walls in the s and above the s. Mostly later at night. sometimes you hear the cleaning crew, but rarely see them. - Cruising Info/ Tips:Cough to let someone at the know youre there or walk tot he and flush it a bunch of times... see if the guy notices. Keep your door unlocked or cracked a bit, nothing inappropriate though. Then go over to the if you hear it, and tap your foot at each other.
Cruisiest Spots: The two s. Just tap your foot over into the other s. one of the restrooms has the screws taken out of the toilet paper dispenser and you can make eyes to the other guy. - Wheelchair Accessible:No
- Warnings:Nothing. This place is right off a highway, so just about anyone can get there fast without speeding. Out in the country too, not a lot of families.
Warnings: Don't do stuff if families are around. Dont get over the top, keep it low key and don't do anything you wont be able to talk your way out of. If something is going to happen, it will and you will know they're interested, don't get desperate and get caught.
