A cottage with two cubicles and 3 urinals. The cubicles are good size for fun. One cubicle has peep hole in door, and in bothe plenty of messages and phone numbers for those of you brave enough to dare. Can be lots of holiday twinks and also local guys.

On Wroxham to Potter Heigham road (A1062) if coming from Wroxham, you'll go over river and bridge and pub and see lay by on right and then layby on left, brick built cottage on right hand side. From Ludham you will see Cottage after passing campsite on left.

- Hours:Very busy at lunchtimes, during Broads tourist season it is ram packed although not every one is here to cruise, so keep it sensible fellas.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:Theres space for about 10 or so cars by the roadside, up for it guys can be seen regularly following people in and out, you'd think they had dietary problems!
- Nudity / Policy:Its a public toilet so be careful!

- Warnings:Some cubicle hoggers who don't appear to have courage to step out of cubicle!
