Right on Union side of Alachua-Union line 7 miles south of Lake Butler. about 20 miles north of Gainesville on State Road 121; Chastain Seay Park is located on the west side of the highway, just north of the Santa Fe River bridge

Best times: mid afternoon - Cruising Info/ Tips:stand outside and tap foot or tap foot under divider to get others attention. pretty safe, not many people go there. high school crowd does hang out under bridge on weekends though.

(You have to be logged in) Add Comment7/1/02010 Cruised it betwen 3:30 and 5:00PM. Park was empty accept two kids fishing of the pier What a wonderfull place to "Play" it is full of all kinds of side roads with plenty of cover. there is the Fishing Pier. picnic area,and campground full of all kinds of side trails. Didnot go in to the john because of lack of cars. this park is way over in Union CTY. 17 miles west of FT White on SR 18. If you come from Ft White, Sr 18 takes a dog leg north when it crosses SR441, then follow it straight(east) to the town of Worthinton Springs. At Blinker go right(south) the park will be about 3mile SO. on SR121, on your right. What a great place to play. It has to be one of my favorites! Charlie PS: park closes @sundown and is locked!
