The Dolphin Sauna is the oldest gay sauna in the North West of England, having been opened in 1984. Recently taken over it has undergone an extensive refurbishment, making it one of the most stylish and comfortable saunas in the North West of England.
- The Dolphin is situated in a private and discreet parade of shops with ample parking. The Dolphin has a wide and varied membership of all ages. The discount nights on Tuesdays and Sundays attract a much younger crowd and have become extremely popular with the large Liverpool gay student community. As have the Bear and Fetish nights which offer a free buffet and take place on the first Monday of every month.
