Best times: Between 6 AM and 3 PM from September to June, otherwise a lot of teenage swimmers are there for swim practice.
Cruising Info/ Tips:The guys looking to cruise are usually walking around naked. Follow them into the sauna and start rubbing a little bit; they'll respond.
Cruisiest Spots: Definitely the sauna.
Nudity / Policy:Nudity in the locker room is obviously acceptable, but don't flaunt sexually as families and straight guys use the facility too.
Policy: Just don't be stupid and you'll be fine.

Warnings:Too many local high school students in the afternoon.
