Neighbourhood: Behind Winona Hospitol
Take HWY 61 from Mankato Ave to the North. Take the first exit to the right, then follow road to a "T", then turn left. Take the first right and follow the road to the left. Park anywhere in that area.
- Hours:Usually the best action is just after dark. In the summer time there is a bathroom located just to the West of the old apartment buildings that has many meeting times and messages written on the walls.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:All types of guys cruise here, college guys to older guys.
- Nudity / Policy:Nudity is not allowed in the park, but some like to meet just to the west of the HWY 61 entrance by the picnic tables and get nude there.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / Those with physical limitations should be able to cruise here easily except for the bathroom which does not have Handicap access.
- Warnings:Police do from time to time drive through this area so be careful. Also, others may be walking the bike path even at night although this is rare.

does anyone still go here. I have been there twice this week and nothing is going on here. The bathrooms were locked and no one sitting at the park. I go by bike and sit at the rest stop for a couple of minutes. Let me know if anyone goes here.
