The steamroom is great, then carry though to the showers. Just sit in the steam room and don't be afraid to show and play with your .

    Best times: 6-10 pm.

  • I'd say the McPhillips location is pretty dead... nothing exciting ever happens there. I hear the Nairn/ Pembina locations are better for this kind of stuff.

  • The steam room is at panet/regent. It says it's only open till 10 but they don't lock it. Usually pretty quiet late at night (11pm or after) so lots of opportunity for fun.

  • I was here today at the Pembina location. A few things - there is no steamroom, just a dry sauna. Sauna is pretty bright and exposed and I sat there alone for over 30 minutes. Nobody in the showers either, they were pretty dirty and also not discreet at all, pretty wide open. So, what did I do wrong? I went there between 8pm and 10pm as recommended. I am very athletic and not ugly, so I have no clue why this was so lame. Anyone suggestions?
