Heading south on I-95, take Exit 66. Turn right at the end of the ramp onto Spencer Plains Road. Follow the road for almost a mile and you will find the YMCA on your left just after the State Police Barracks. Heading north on I-95, take Exit 65. Turn left at the end of the ramp onto Route 153. At the second traffic light, turn right onto Spencer Plains Road. The YMCA is just a half-mile on your right.

  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Be careful, only some guys are looking for action, others are just there for the facilities.

  • Sauna rather crowded between 3-5pm.
    but will hang out ... no pun intended.
