At the foot of 13th Street at the intersection with Bellevue Ave.--across the railway trax.
Really sweet location in a harbourside park full of hot young dudes cruisin in their cars, chillin at the sk8/bmx park next 2 r/rooms (mmmmmm!!!), playin soccer/rugby n loungin on the beach (in season--hehe!!!). Whole fckn load o bigass eyecandy!!!
Crowd: All types of guys: younger sk8/bmx dudes--in Spring/Summer season especially--, soccer/rugby jocks, married guys, some older guys, few trolls (ugh!--not many)...variety of guys...

Enter into West Van on Marine Drive heading west from Lions Gate Bridge & North Van. Continue along wide 4-lane blvd, past Park Royal Shopping Ctre. till you hit 13th St. Turn left and continue down and cross over the trax and along the two lane strip thru the park till you reach the soccer pitch & sk8 park; the restroom bldg is next to sk8/bmx park. R/room has four stalls...cruisiest ones are along front wall and specially the corner one.

- Hours:Fall/Winter: 8.00am-9.00pm
Spring/Summer:6.00am-11.00pm
Best times: Fall/Winter: mid-afternoon (after 3.00pm n school)- 6.00pm.
Spring/Summer:mid-afternoon- 6.00pm & - l8tr at night 9.00-11.00pm--esp. @ closing when fewer ppl are around & the l8t sk8/bmx'rs n jocks are , curious, chillin n changin in the r/room change section...& usin the s....u get the picture dude....
- Cruising Info/ Tips:
- Be especially careful in Spring/Summer time when there are lots of ppl in general--families & kids out in the park n at the beach. The r/room has one set of doors that are kept OPEN in Spring/Summer by the park workers to discourage any cruise action.... So you can't get any warning when ppl come in. During Fall/Winter, doors are CLOSED.... Still gotta watch out for park workers from time to time....
Cruisiest Spots: The 2 s along the front of the inside walls to the right of the doorway & the 2 s in the back corners...good 4 eye> contact, toe-tapping n under jo/bj action....lots of graffiti, e-mail/tel. nos, & shots down the wall.... - Wheelchair Accessible:Yes / One handicap ...not in a good place 4 action...too bad dudes....
- Warnings:Open r/room doors in Spring/Summer give little warning & park worker who sometimes patrols in the later times after dark...
