This place is awesome. It is the safest, most private little cruising spot I have ever found. That's why it's called Paradise! There is a posted historic walking trail that runs up behind the stream and parking area. Dense woodsy area that let's you do whatever you want in total privacy.

Valley Creek Road starts at an intersection of Boot Road and Quarry road in Downingtown and runs along Valley Creek which is a great litle trout stream. The road winds around a little bit. The park is on the left and has several parking spots.
