This is a great place to meet guys for , although it doesnt look like much from the inside, this toilet is frequented by gay guys. You can expect to rock up there and get your rocks off almost immediatley within the 5 minute mark. Also alot of parking on the waterfront.

From the Westgate turn off to Williamstown Road, keep going along that road and over the bridge till you hit Melbourne Rd. Follow that along untill you hit the road about, turn left down Steveadore St. Follow that along till you hit the waterfront (The Strand) and you should be able to see the toilet block once you find a park.

- Hours:12:00 PM till 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM till late.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:All types of guys cruise here, mainly of the mid 20's to early 30's persuasion. With saying that you can either park and cruise or you can just walk in, blow and go.
- Nudity / Policy:It's a public toilet, same rules apply with every other toilet.

- Warnings:None, you might get the occasional straight couple action in the car at night but thats about it.
