Brainerd Bridge Park
This is a great little park that is never patrolled by police. There are plenty of spots for action, whether across the stream in the woods. OR in the men's room where there is usually no one there. I believe you can lock the door on the mens room as well.

Get off on hwy. 10 at the 54/49 exit in Waupaca. Go east on 54(W. Fulton Ave.) to hwy 49(N. Harrison St.) take a left. Go a few blocks and turn right on Wisconsin St. Take to Bailey St. and you are there.

Best times: This is a fantastic untapped resource which would be hard to nail down a best time. I would say maybe lunch time or early morning around 7 or 8 a.m. Just a thought though.
Dates open: Year round, bathrooms are locked in the winter - Cruising Info/ Tips:Make eye contact with the person you want to hook up with and give a head nod. OR, when you drive into the parking lot, flash your lights once or twice. People will see your car when you come in.
Cruisiest Spots: The parking lot or over the bridge on the little island. Take action into the mens room however. I go here many times and never once have seen a cop patrol. - Wheelchair Accessible:No
