Under the pedestrian underpass at the top end of Watford High Street by Town Hall
Nice and quiet cottage with 4 cubicles and two rows of urinals. Cleaner pops in now and again, but doesn't stay long.

Go into Watford High Road, walk up towards Destiny Nightclub, keep walking straight past it with it on your right. You then go down under a Pedestrian Subway. The toilet is on your left, half way through the subway.
