Come in from Rt 9/202 in China, 8/10 of a mile is Dutton Road on teh left at a yeild sign. Up Dutton 2 miles to York Town on right. 3 rd drive on left with 2 gates.
  • Hours:Open Thursday at 11 am through Monday at 11 am. 24/4 Day pass 11 am to 10 pm.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Very cruisy everywhere depending on clientele
  • Nudity / Policy:Nudity allowed everywhere after 100 feet from road. No activity in front of building and common areas.

  • This 100% male only?? - heard that there was some females there and that swinging and G/G action was OK there as well?

  • Yes 100% male. Indoors there is the hottub, pool, sauna, and "massage" area. There was a NYE party last night- some hot fun going on!

    Thinking about trying this place out, What can anyone tell me about this place, what is the age group of guys? What is the best times? Any info or tips are welcome.

  • They are open year round, I even heard talk of some ski trails though you would need to contact them for more info on that. Hours same as above though I'm not sure how accurate the 24/4 is, I believe they "close" at 11pm though sometimes things are less strict and people hang around.

  • This is the gay man's "garden of Eden". The annual fee of $30 and day use fee of $15-$20 is a bargin considering the heated pool, hot tub and sauna. Save on gas by sharing your ride. Winter in northern Maine is looking up.

  • Nice place, clean and great spa facilities, great owners and friendly staff. Plus I got laid there wtih cute guys, though the great majority are older and bearish.

    But really expensive and a long trip from almost anyplace. Gasoline to get there, plus annual membership, plus daily fees, plus more for overnight. I can't imagine many young guys being able to afford it.

  • If you are mapping the location, Twin Ponds and the directions noted are in China ME, not Waterville. Sounds like a great place......
