- Hours:gym is open 6-10 (mon-thurs) 6-9 (fri) and 8-8 (weekends). most of action takes place either early morning, mid afternoon (3ish) or last thing at night (in male sauna)
- Cruising Info/ Tips:just make eye contact and follow lads into sauna, most lads remove towels.
- Nudity / Policy:changing rooms, showers, sauna (male only)
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / disabled shower which can be good for discreet fun
- Warnings:BE DISCREET! plenty of straight lads go here. don't make it too obvious or you'll wreck it for everyone.
