This used to be a large care building that has now been knocked down. The whole area Including grass area, has a 12ft barrier around it. The entrance on Roche road is partly open. It is quiet, just park up on the road,wait for action then go inside.

Roche road is on the Mossley estate. As you pull onto the estate take your first left just before the shops onto Roche Rd. Just park on the road and wait for others.

- Cruising Info/ Tips:Park up outside the gate and wait. All sorts go there, business men after 5pm. A lot of younger there around 7pm onwards.
