JC Penney's Department Store

This is one of the smaller Penney's locations. Men's room is located in the back of the store behind the catalog center. Small restroom but is a great tearoom set up. One entry door with a wall dividing the entry and the facilities. It only has one handicap and one , yet it has good sized gaps between the dividers to see into the for signs of someone wanting to play. The store has mostly older female staff and a few younger males working who all put my gaydar on high alert. So I don't believe security would be much of a problem. Plus store security is either non existent or they just use the campus security which is old and decrepit anyway. The facilities as clean and not used a great deal, Makes a perfect place to meet up at or cruise the store and take play to. The one is large and somewhat dark, easy to share the with a potential play mate in relative comfort.
Neighbourhood: Bradfod Towne Center
- Hours:I have found it to be very hit or miss with a great deal of potential. Store hours are 10A to 8P Monday thru Saturday and Sunday's 10A to 5P. Best times would be just about anytime during store hours.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:It would be best to keep this room clean without a great deal of graffiti and clean up after yourself after play. Keep it safe for future players. Perhaps hang out in the men's area of the store and cruise from there. Take any hits to the men's room covertly and allow things to happen within your comfort level.
- Nudity / Policy:I wouldn't personally recommend it at this location.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / one handicap large enough for group action.
- Warnings:None that I have found in four years.
