From US 6 West, 40 miles west of Tunkhannock: Just before crossing the route 6 bridge over the Susquehanna river, which takes you into Towanda, turn right (last turn before the bridge), go a 1/4 of a mile and bare left under the railroad overpass which is the entrance to the park.
