Alright guys. I've never cruised this location, and I knew before I saw this listing that this is a cruising ground.
Two straight buddies of mine joined the gym recently and they couldn't understand why they kept getting checked out/ been blatantly hit on. So they asked me about it (Me being openly gay) and I guessed that it was a cruising ground right away.
Guys, please understand that not everybody here is gay, and some people are there to use the facility.

I was there this afternoon and only a few guys came into the steam room which at first seems almost impossible to cruise as it is so hot and hard to see. By the time I adjust to the steam I am burning up. If you don't hook up with anyone in the steam room what about the showers? As there must be some straight guys there, is there a better way to announce that you are interested? I would love to stick my head around the partition but think that just might not work the way I am hoping. Was thinking of just leaving the curtain open enough to let people see me stroking but again don't want to rile up any of the hetro's. Any comments?

been out of town for a month, now back to the gym, still some actions going on in the morning after 9am
not too busy in the shower and steam room. good time for playing.

There seems to have been a great influx of handsome salt and pepper business types. Enjoying the view quite a bit these days. Don't see much action though.

I just joined this club today. Its really quiet in the steam rooms. Good to know stuff does actually happen here. Anyone sees me in the steam room or the showers feel free to say hello and reach out and touch

yeah, all the shower rooms in Extreme Fitness are like that, very cruisy. I usually go in the morning from 10 to 12am. Usually at that time is not busy. Once a while I can find some people to play with, either touching in the sauna or j/o in the shower room.
But I prefer hook up someone there , then go to his or my place. so we can play more comfortablely.

For such a large gym, yonge/dundas actually is very pretty quiet as it nears closing time. Richmond tends to be busier at around the same time.
Interestingly, there are less showers at Yonge/Dundas than Richmond even thought it is bigger.

This place is great on weeknights after 8pm or so. Every single time I've gone there have been really fit guys, older and young, looking for jo or bj in the double shower. I couldn't think of better designed showers for cruising - there is a line of showers divided by walls which are set back somewhat from the back wall, leaving a 1-2 foot space to play around. Once you've met someone in the steam room, you can go in the private pair of shower stalls off to the right side of the shower area which also has the same gap. I agree the steam room isn't ideally situated, but it's a good place to check everyone out.

the layout of this gym is not easy to play, you can see everything through those glass doors and windows. but you still can play in the steam room or j/o in the shower.
I prefer Richmond one. The dry sauna, steam room and shower are easier to play. I always can see people playing around 9:00am and 4:00pm there.
