It is with sincere regret that I make 2 announcements

Firstly, Mr Dennis Harvey, owner of the premises at 529 Yonge Street, passed away suddenly 2 weeks ago. Under his direction, Trax V operated as a popular bar and meeting place for countless thousands of gay men and lesbians in Toronto; he will be sadly missed

Secondly, Alibi Toronto will cease operations on Friday, December 12 after 3 years of service to the gay and lesbian Community in Toronto. At this point, and on behalf of the entire staff at Alibi, I will express sincere thanks to all the Community Groups who have chosen to call Alibi home. In particular, I will acknowledge the TNT, TORN, CGSL and VPL groups

In addition, I will take this opportunity to say thanks to the Alibi team responsible for making the Alibi experience a memorable one; we continued to do this by providing the very best level of customer service. Thanks again.

There was a leather event one of the official parties for Mr Leatherman Toronto. Kink, Leather, Rubber dress code was in effect.

They usually don't have a cover but prob since it was an official event they need to. There were quite few guys there and fun was being had

went there last saturday and there was a special leather event going on....................so we were told
they should welcome everyone without a cover charge.....lets face it a couple of beers would certainly offset some of the charges. here are a couple of guys who would not consider going back. its not as though they were busy just wanted to pretend they were. there were only a couple of guys downstairs. pissed off with this place, at the rate they are going they will never amount to much.

you are wasting your time going to Alibi or the Pen! Only people with positive comments are Frappe and his friends who work there! Even the other owner (manz) says the place does not work and recently let many non-performing staff go!

Recommend you try George's Play, Eagle, front bar at Zippers or the Cellar.

Young4Mature Norm is right this place has really gone down hill. Dropped in Thursday night about 11pm and the place was dead. I went to Stattlers and met a nice older guy! you may want to try there too!

After a lot of thought and serious discussion we have decided not to produce a 6th version of FFN this July. This was a hard decision, as we all love creating the party in Allan Gardens! The time we have to devote to producing an event of this scale is limited this year. Rather than scale back the event we have chosen to take this year off.

We thank you all for your support and ask that you join our mailing list. We will keep you up to date with all the current news about FFN!
