This place is the most popular bar in Toronto and consistantly wins 'Best Bar award' by local gay press Xtra. It is also the set for the infamous as Folk TV series. Great place to start if visiting city. Most staff are friendly.

  • To the guy my buddy and I met outside Woody's on Thursday night at closing time(March 20). My buddy accidently gave you his old cell number. You and him kissed for awhile and you were in the best chest contest in Woody's that night. If you're on here, drop me a line....my buddy would love to hook up with you.

  • A buddy and I were at Woody's last night for the first time in a long time. We could not help but notice the bartender who was working the bar across from the stage...what a gorgeous man!!!! Anybody know this guy?

  • I prefer Woodys in the afternoons, gets to busy at night and find the attitude at night isn't to my liking but during the afternoons it is a great place to meet for a drink and chat.

  • i agree woody,s is the best run bar in the city dean and his crew do a very good job it,s also the only lasting bar in toronto all others have closed down for various reasons
