Busiest time would be around lunch time (12-2p) and off work time (after 4-5) before people head home.

I think as long as there are trees/leaves for cover, there will be people!

Just thought i would make a few comments, having read some interesting stuff here.

First, the issue with guys standing around in groups. As I do not find anything wrong with small groups engaged in mellow conversations, it is however disgusting that people come there (regardless of the race, since thats not the issue here) and have loud conversations and/or make comments to people passing by. It is somewhat a disturbance (to say the least) to others who are there for the obvious reason. Any reasonable person can understand that there are a thousand places in this city where groups can socialize....doesnt need to be at the very few places we have left to play.

Always someone to play with... either one on one, or in a group!!!
After reading other posts....if you are spooked about driving to this place and getting caught driving out... park in the Cherry Beach lot and walk over to the fun. Or park on the street.
I personally prefer a group. I have recently been in a group with a hot top and great bottom (who like to travel together)...GREAT times and always tends to lead to a group....which I love....
However, this place has some attitude.... many cute, younger guys think that they own this place and just travel around on their bikes avoiding plenty of eligible decent looking guys (and to those guys, you ALWAYS come into the game when there is a group going on, so drop the attitude.....either get off, or GET LOST!!!)

Hey guys...so whats going on here is this place wathced... i drove there a week ago and as i was turning in... All the lights in the lot we're shut off which was weird...
