Walk out the Asakusa line or Central exit of the Ueno station. Turn left then veer right toward the raised roadway. Cross the street at the first crosswalk and go left. Continue walking several blocks, about 8-10 minutes. You will see a sign that says "24" on it. This is NOT it, this is a car rental office. Keep walking a little further and you will see a vertical sign on a brown, fake brick building that says "24" along with some Japanese writing. This is the place. The building is on the corner, so turn the corner and walk 20 feet and you will see the entrance. Go up the narrow inside stairs on your left.
