On the corner of Mill Ave. & Washington. When driving on Mill Ave towards Phoenix, after crossing the bridge turn right into restroom area.

  • Although the north side of the park is now a police substation, across the street is still VERY cruisy. Park up on top or down below and walk down into the paths. There's always men there. Lots of daddy types (my personal favorite!) and some college boys also.

  • Mouer Park is no closed and fenced off. Will be reopened after a police substation is built in the park.
