Lake area with carpark, toilet and forest. crusing happens in all areas. In the summer only deep in the forest as the beach is used by families.
The cruising area of alasjarvi is located about 3km from the center of tampere on the road teiskontie. you can take bus 16, 18 or 28 from beside the railway station. Get off the bus at the neste petrol station and follow the footpath under teiskontie and up the small hill to the car park
