Most crowded time is around 11am-3pm. Traffic will fluctuate with students getting out of class. Still fairly busy after 3.

There is a spiral staircase in the middle to go to the lower bathroom.

- The upstairs bathroom is good because it has peepholes and a lot more traffic. It may be difficult to actual do much there but you can try and get the other person to the lower bathroom. The lower bathroom gets much less traffic. It is safer to fool around there. In front of urinals can be a good place. It is shielded by the doors so you have enough time to pretend you are peeing if someone walks in.
