By train to Wynyard - then walk down George St (west) heading north towards Circular Quay/The Rocks. By train to Circular Quay - then walk west towards George St, and south on George Street (west). By bus, any bus going to Circular Quay or Wynyard (then follow train directions as above).

  Best times: Like most gyms, it is cruisy around peak times before work, during lunchtimes, and after work. Located in the heart of Sydney's financial district, it attracts corporate types. Like most Fitness First gyms, they tend to attract a good percentage of guys that are interested in other guys.
• Cruising Info/ Tips:Showers and change rooms are the best spot - and also the steam room and sauna. The pool is a little open, but if no one is around, fun can be had ;-)
• Nudity / Policy:Membership only club with usual restrictions on nudity and . Please remember to respect others. Gym attracts a mixed crowd.
