11/26/04 A cruiser reports: Willard Building at Penn State, in State College, Pa. is well known for its opportunities and has been for decades. Back in the day (my first quickie, in the mid 1980s) students and faculty alike thought the 3rd floor Men's Room was the cruisiest, but today that's not necessarily (always) true. Guys, you can get/give head in just about any room in that building after hours and weekends, but discretion is a must (there have been busts in 2nd & 3rd floor Mens rooms). Just make eye contact, and follow each other to Old Willard (the south side of the building predates the north by several decades), find an out-of-the way classroom and go for it. Btw many alumni return to Willard for sentimental reasons, so if you want an older guy, look on 3rd floor, the twinks on the other hand are all over. And that means all over campus, not just Willard, Rec Hall, and Old Main lawn; I had the best little snack one evening in the Kern graduate building just before closing last month

Willard building is located on Pollock Road, across the mall from Old main and Schwab auditorium.

  • Hours:Evenings at 4:30pm, on and off on weekends (varies).
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Tap foot. A lot of writing on walls. Under action, some action...otherwise meet, then find an empty, open, dark classroom.
    Cruisiest Spots: Willard is essentially to separate buildings (only connected as one). The 'new side' and the 'old side'. Best places are restrooms on 2nd floor New, and 2nd & 3rd floor Old.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No
  • Warnings:Be careful, it's still a classroom building, filled with all kinds of people. Only single doors -- so not much warning. But people typically don't give a damn. Occasional nasty old/fat guys.
