It's a public park, as well as a boat launch for the river. Summer is way to busy to hook up, however off season is great. Crowd: Alway YOUNG (legal, 18+) hot guys,

you from SPPK Eastmetro? But those where my thoughts exactally! Not a good place at all. Probabally one of the more patrolled areas in the county given the size of the town.
Anyone have any other good cruising spots in So. Washington County?

stay away!!! I was riding my motorcycle just to check the river out. I got stopped by the cops on the way in and questioned, and got stopped on the way out by another squad! They have had complaints from the residents and boaters they told me so they, and Newport, are patrolling every time they are near, which in a town that size is every few minutes. They aren't kidding around as I found out.

Has anyone on here actually tried this spot?

THIS IS NOT A SAFE AREA TO CRUISE! First of all, this is St. Paul Park, not St. Paul St. Paul Park has 9 officers, not one, 1-3 on duty at a time. St. Paul Park is about 1 1/2 square miles, so not a lot of area to patrol, If you sit there long enough, they will be through more than 1 time/hr, and will become immediately suspicious if you are still there. Secondly as posted earlier, the Refinery Security which works extremely close with the SPPPD, often will sit in the park because it is next to the refinery, but a place for them to slack off. In the summer, this place is packed with boaters. This is definately NOT the place to do this! If you do, there isn't really a place to hook up, since again, there are people, cops, and security. As well, the SE Metro fire training grounds is located on the NE Side of the property, so there are often fire trucks and cops parking in the lot getting ready for training. Interesting to watch, but again easily caught!
