This is located on the crossroads of London Road, Battle Road, Sedlescombe Road South and Sedlescombe Road North (large crossroads with traffic lights) the cottage is located beside this junction.
Its a 2 cubicle and about 6 cottage, there is enough warning as there is a footpath around the washroom which gives enough time to hear someone coming.
I have on many occasions been by more than 1 guy in a session and also been too.

From Hastings / St Leonards seafront (A259) take the A21 (London Road) until you reach a large cross road junction, the cottage is on your left.
From outside Hastings, Take the A21 past Sainsburys, follow the signs for St Leonards until you come to a shopping area, the cottage on on your right at the junction.

- Wheelchair Accessible:No / No steps so disabled access but cubicles are not wheelchair friendly, however there is a seperate disabled room on this block.
