This washroom is located on the 1st floor of the Chemistry/Physics building. Go through the MUNnel system until you reach the Chemistry building; the washroom will be located near the first set of stairwells after exiting the MUNnels.
It is very clean, discrete, and rarely used. There are approximately 7 stalls, some of which are very well hidden behind an island wall.
Neighbourhood: Campus
Enter here from the Prince Phillip Drive; head towards Memorial University; turn right onto Westerland Road and take your first right (Irwins Road). The Chemistry Building will be the second exit; metered parking is located in front of the building and about a 2 minute walk on Irwins Road, if you park at the metered parking.
- Hours:The best time is anytime after 5:00PM and on Saturday afternoon.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:Just follow the general rules for cruising in a washroom (i.e. foot tapping). Please be clean and don't leave a mess behind.
- Nudity / Policy:No nudity.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / Yes, from MUNnel system or elevator access. There is one large washroom for those requiring wheelchair accessibility.
- Warnings:Please be conscious of Campus Enforcement and be clean and avoid leaving a mess behind for someone else to discover. Some staff use the washroom; however, after 5:00, this should not be an issue. Cease all activities if the door opens. The door does squeak when opened.
