Pointe Taillon Beach
This site is located on Lac St-Jean, one of the largest lakes in Quebec. The lake, which is a popular tourist resort and recreation area, is located several hours north of Quebec's southern population zone. A bit west of the main beach at Point Taillon Park, you will reach a long stretch of beach where nudists gather. This is sort of semi-officially clothing optional since a Quebec naturist organization made arrangements with local recreation officals to permit nudity on the beach. The beach is wide and sandy, backed by evergreen trees. Since the nude area stretches about three kilometers, nudists tend to spread out. The crowd is a mis of straight & gay. Restrooms and other amenities are located near the beach parking lot.

From the town of Alma, head north on Hwy. 169 for 17 kms. to village of St-Henri-de-Taillon, turn left onto Rang 3 Ouest and follow this to main entrance of Pt. Taillon Park (entry fee), follow signs to beach. From the beach walk west (to the right facing the water) along a bicycle path for 20 minutes to the nude area.
