Exit 370 at 3rd St exit in St Charles, south to where road splits, make a left then make a right on N 2nd St, landing is marked, turnoff on left hand side of road.
Cross street: North 2nd Street about .5 mile from interstate 370 to the south

    Best times: After work hours or on lunches.

  • During the construction:
    Blanchette Landing is still easily reached. The detours start just after it so can drive to it.

    Ed Bailes area is reached either by parking at the Landing and walking the trail through the trees (about 1/4 mile or so) or if you want to park there, you have to drive north past 370, turn on a street near RV/boat storage, follow that back and around past Dusable Park (dog parks) and eventually will get back to Ed Bailles.

  • Had a fun experience the last Saturday I was here. I'm planning on being up there again this Saturday morning before lunch. The green growth is filling in nicely and have options just have to be careful with the Rangers and people using the Katy Trail.

  • I have been up here and at Ed Bailes Park (connected by the trails) lately for lunch during the week and hanging out on the weekend. The trails are used by people on the Katy Trail, but there are many side trails that go deeper into the woods. Once more green growth happens will provide ample cover. Going to be hanging out this Saturday around lunch time. I have seen rangers cruise around this parking lot often so be careful.

  • Hey guys! I've tried cruising here on a couple of occassions with now success. There are some nice secluded spaces to get as wild as you want. I don't live too far from here. If you want to hook up there and get a bj let me know.
