The gym is located at the corner of Wayne Avenue and Fenton Street in Silver Spring, MD. The gym is accessible by Metro, and is just a short walk from the Silver Spring Metro Station. The gym is also located next to the Wayne Avenue Parking Garage, so there is ample parking available.
- Hours:The club is open during the following hours: Monday-Thursday 5:00am-11:00pm
Friday 5:00am-10:00pm
Saturday-Sunday 8:00am-8:00pm
The peak times for action are right after lunch, around 1-3 p.m. and late in the evening, after 9 pm. - Cruising Info/ Tips:There is a great deal of cruising in the shower area and in the dry sauna, which also sees a great deal of action. A little exposure, some pointed glances, slight readjustments, and a smile go a long way.
- Nudity / Policy:It is a public gym, so nudity is allowed throughout the locker room, the shower area, and the sauna. Nudity is not allowed in the open areas of the gym.

- Warnings:Be smart and aware. The gym sees a good deal of traffic, so guys are coming and going all the time. With that said, there are many and frequent opportunities for play.
