Some really hot gym lads here, mix of ages but most around 25-30. Many are very happy to walk around without the towel to. Mix of straights and gays.

- Hours:Busiest times are 5pm-7pm weekdays but can be equally good to go at quiet times
- Cruising Info/ Tips:Large gym, pool and spa area. Best place to cruise is in the locker rooms and then head to the sauna, although have had some cruising in the gym before going down for some action.
Best thing is to get the eye contact or drop a towel or something int he locker room. Hands on in other areas has been good. In the gym get onto the machine next to him - Nudity / Policy:Nudity is fine in locker rooms, towels in sauna.

- Warnings:Spa area is usually very quiet. Can be a good place to pick up and have gone up to guest rooms following pick up.
