By car you can drive up past Waitroise and up Cemetary Road and onto Psalter Lane, or turn left at the top of Eccessall Road (right at the top, past Hunters Bar). Or by bus you can get the number 3 or 4 which stops outside of the 81 or 82 which stops a few minutes walk up the road.
