Northway Rest Area

This is a lately shut remainder location on the northbound side of Interstate 87 between Exits 30 and 31. It is currently a barbecue location. There is plenty of area to play concealed. The west side of the area backs up versus a country Essex Region road beyond of the tree line.Facilities: is a parking area type remainder stop with no facilities. It has a big green space with picnic tables as well as is a fine spot to stop over for a lunch or supper break. The west side of the area backs up against Lincoln Pond Road and there are a number of ways to get in from the rear end. There is a break in the fencing between the equine and also road T sign and then you can enter upon the southerly end from an old gain access to roadway across from Kingdom Dam Rd. There is a tiny parking area off Lincoln Pond Road yet I think the cops look to see who is parked there. Kingdom Dam Roadway as a few carry out that are excellent to park in as well as a 1/4 mile stroll gets you to the location by means of the old access road. Obviously you can simply go to the rest location off the interstate as well.
