  • Cruising Info/ Tips:You can stay in your car, or get out. Whichever. If you stay in your car you need to make it noticeable you're interested in something for someone to talk to you. Flash your lights and wait for a response, if someone else is in a car and flashes back, and this is repeated a couple times then they're interested as well.
