The shop has a busy clientele of mostly straights who come in to also buy fireworks, mags, and gag jokes.

  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Meet here and go elsewhere.
    Cruisiest Spots: Seven video booths in the back of the store.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No
  • Warnings:The owners are very strict with customer conduct and the lady in the front will often come back to make sure everyone is behaving. She also has a habit of deciding to go for coffee and will ask everyone to leave the store as she closes it down for up to half an hour any time in the afternoon. This place is not nearly as fun as Centerfold was, and not very conducive to gay action. But it is the only option here now.
    Warnings: This facility is located in a rough neighbourhood. Be careful. Park on the street in front of the shop after dark if possible and not in any of the dark back lanes or lots. Park in the rear only during daytime hours.

  • Dirks is an absolute waste of time...
    The woman who runs it is psycho... What a head case... As she was the last time I was there.
    I thought it would be interesting to pop back in before it closed this past week... I had not been back there for a couple of years.
    Ghastly... It was so crowded back there you couldn't even move... Everyone was over 40 and out of shape. Not one decent younger guy. None of the videos worked and I tried 4 of them.
    Sorry, it was gross... Be glad when it closes.

    Xtube has filled the gap in my life for sleaze if I want it.

  • Last time I tried going on a saturday...they were suppose to open at 10am and at 10:30 they still were not open. They must not want business too badly. Who owns this place anyway? Maybe it was just a one time thing.
