Plaza Independencia

cruiser add: This spot is actually not a plaza, it is the Parque Independencia. A large outdoor memorial park honoring President Duarte and his tomb. Very popular tourist attraction and local hang out for Dominican hustlers and locals who want to get it on with foreigners. The park is open from sun up to sun down, local action happens in the downstairs rest rooms and most foreigners meet something and take it back to their rooms. Most everyone including the police are fair game for cruising just be discreet.
