The public restrooms on the lower floor of the Garrey Carruthers State Library are a great place for a quick hook up. The restrooms are large and the s are big enough for two people. The best is the handicap accessible one at the end, it is huge.

The Library building is located near the intersection of Camino Carlos Rey and Cerrillos. Park in the first parking lot near the sliding glass doors. The restrooms are just inside the doors to the right of the stairs.
- Hours:The building is only open during business hours of 8:00 am through 5:00 pm. The most action happens in the afternoon.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:The action can be hit or miss at times. If a guy enters, check him out, he may be interested.
