Best times: all day - Cruising Info/ Tips:Wip it out at the urnial and somebody always comes after you, or sit on the toilet and someone will come in and stand at the urnial.

- Warnings:People coming in and out, their is only a small block wall between the urnial and the tiolet, you can see evrything.
Warnings: Sometimes the cops come by.

I saw the same thing, so I parked down the street, walked by and asked what was going on. One of the cops said the two guys were being arrested for drugs and I saw a baggie of what looked like speed on the hood of a BMW parked there.

When is the best time to hit this place? I was there yesterday (Thurs) from 4:30-5:30. Nothing going on. There was an older guy sitting in his car, and a guy who was walking what looked like a police dog back and forth along the park in front of the park for the entire hour. They seemed to know each other..... undercover perhaps? Anyway, let me know the best times to try this place.....
