The City of SD Park & Rec Dept is undergoing a restructuring with a lot of new leadership and more community involvement and one of the efforts is in "cleaning up" the facilities. Also, remember, the Park Rangers are not security guards who tell you to leave; they are peace officers and will arrest you.... they do not cite and release.... they book you downtown.
