Lake with grass fields for nude sun bathing and cruising.
Neighbourhood: Engelen
From A59 take exit Engelen and follow direction Engelen.
Drive straight on de Haverlij. After the round-about there is parking lot to the left in the middle of the fields. Park there. Walk towards the lake and then follow the path to the left. Enter through a big metal plate fance (very narrow opening between 2 metal plates). Follow the path to the left until you see a small treaded path to the right going down. You need to cross a patch of water. Usually covered with some tree branches or planks so you can cross without getting wet feet. Carefull not to fall into the water. You will end up on a large grass field. More towards the left is the gay area.

- Hours:Sunny days, daytime.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:Towards the left the field narrows. At the far end is a small path.
These day it is less cruisy due to high vegetation and excavation of sand.
- Nudity / Policy:Common.
Officially it is not allowed, so beware of police, on rare occasions. If you do get caught, they are usually friendly and you can pay a fine cash and won't get a ticket mailed to your home.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / Not accessible by wheelchair due to water area that needs to be crossed and the narrow entrance port.
- Warnings:The lake is sand excavation area. A large part, that also used to be nude, cruising area, has now been taken over by the sand excavation. The entrance to the lake from that side is no longer open.
