From the A45, near the island where it turns into the M45, take the exit signposted Rugby / A4071 or Coventry Road. Follow the road towards Rugby, under the railway bridge, about 150 yards before you get to the island, turn right into Cawston Lane. Go down the lane and near the bend on the right is a parking area/layby next to the woods.
