It remains in a very high website traffic corridor, so interruption prevails. It's tiny, the door opens nearly silently and immediately and a tiny walkway prior to the real restroom. This makes it kind of very easy to very discreet. The second flooring near the Washington entrance, just off the elevator.The building is located on the Northeast corner of Washington and Lincoln. Metered vehicle parking along Washington. This is a downtown location as well as car parking is greatly applied. Do not think you can park in a whole lot without meters.
