Ricardo's Siete Mares is a restaurant serving standard fare. The owner, Ricardo, knows just about everyone in town and is very helpful. Ricardo does have some "private" parties when the restaurant is closed to the general public. These are always fun and attract many locals who are gay or "not gay but like with men".

If traveling on the Cuota (Toll Road)- going south take the 4th off ramp toward Blvd Bto Juarez and turn right, it is on the right. If north on the Cuota take the Rosarito exit, it will be on the right about 1/2 mile.
