Enter the lobby through the main doors on Via Cavour and go straight ahead past the side of the desk. The stairs down are on your right behind the desk. The can is down these stairs and is large and quiet with no bothersome attendant. When you enter there are sinks and on the other side, behind the wall of sinks is a wall of urinals. The 3 toliet cubicles (floor to ceiling) are located on the back wall. Since the urinals are not in view when you enter there is a time lapse when someone enters before you can be seen.
Crowd: Visiting tourists on holiday (popular with bus tours) - visiting businessmen from all over - guys who have hooked up at Central Station and walked over for some quiet action.
