Average YMCA scene. Good place to check out guys in the locker room. Has both private and public showers. Not unusual for guys to show off. Also occasional action in the sauna (bj and jo). Good place to meet and then go elsewhere.

From I-81, take the Rt. 419 (Electric Road) exit and head south to the intersection with Lynchburg Turnpike. Turn right and look for the YMCA ahead on your left. Across the street from the Salem Civic Center and the football field.

Best time varies usually early mornings and 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. are the best times to go and check guys out. Less peak hours are better if you intend to "play" there. - Cruising Info/ Tips:Only real place to hook up is in the sauna...unless you are a bit more of an exhibitionist
