There are two bathrooms--one on the ground level behind Starbucks. The other is on the upper level, accessible via stairs, an elevator, or the parking garage. It is off the top level of the parking garage, past the Pizza place and the Humane Society. There is a plain door with a restroom sign.

Best times: Afternoons. - Cruising Info/ Tips:Upper-level bathroom is more secluded and it's easier to hear people coming in, although there is less traffic.

- Warnings:The lower restroom has more foot traffic--the upper restroom is more secluded and the two stalls are less visible than on the ground floor.
